Hiring the Blackbird - £250
Working with your requirements we will provide a fully staffed espresso & fizz bar. The cost covers three hours of our exclusive classic Italian vehicle, with your guests paying for their coffee & fizz by the cup/glass. Our hot drinks are served in 100% compostable cups. Our flutes are made from single-use recyclable plastic. We will endeavour to take the Blackbird wherever you may need us but additional costs may arise dependent upon the distance of travel and the location of your event.
Blackbird & Fizz - £600
We will provide a fully staffed fizz bar for your event. The cost includes three hours of exclusive hire, one keg of 1754 Frizzante which serves 130 glasses of fizz and six bottles of Prosecco served from single-use recyclable flutes. There is also the option to offer a choice of 10 sparkling cocktails from our fixed menu.
Additional bottles of Prosecco and kegs of Frizantte are available subject to advance notice and additional charges.
Additional time is charged at £60 per hour, which should be agreed before the event.
Blackbird Coffee & Fizz - £800
Working with your requirements we will provide a fully staffed espresso & fizz bar for your event. The cost includes three hours of exclusive hire, one keg of 1754 Frizzante which serves 130 glasses of fizz in single-use recyclable flutes. The package also includes six bottles of Prosecco and 100 cups of 100% aribica freshly ground coffee made on request to your requirements.
When booking our Full Coffee & Fizz package extra hot drinks & additional second and third kegs can be added to the package, but it's essential to know this up front so we can stock the vehicle in advance of your special day.
Additional time is charged at £60 per hour, which should be agreed beforehand.
Blackbird Bespoke Packages
We want to be able to offer you exactly what you need for your event and we're more than happy to propose a tailor-made package that's just for you. You may decide you'd like to offer a keg of beer to support the fizz and coffee, or maybe just to serve the beer on it's own.
You may need us for additional hours, a photo shoot or perhaps a longer term hire basis.
Whatever you're looking for, we're here to help and we'll do the utmost to make your special occasion the best it can possibly be.
